This form is intended for the cancellation of automatic debit plans associated with properties within the Town of Canmore. In the event that a property is being sold, a final utility bill is required for properties with individual utility accounts, as detailed below. This form may be completed by the property owner (seller), an authorized representative, or a legal representative acting on behalf of either the seller or the buyer in the event of a property sale.
