Your booking is considered a request at this time. We will be in contact with you soon to confirm availability and booking details.

Please review the booking details (included but are not limited to):

Rental contract – a signed rental permit will be required for the facility booking.
Payment will be due at time of booking.
Signed Rental Terms and Conditions will be required – a link will be provided at time of booking.
Signed participant waiver – some activities or events within Town of Canmore facilities may require a signed waiver for each participant.
Depending on the activity or event, some facility bookings may require a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Canmore as an additional insured. A minimum $5 million liability per occurrence is required. A copy of the certificate of insurance will be required to be submitted by email in advance of the rental date.
Liquor license – to serve and consume alcohol in a Town of Canmore facility, an AGLC liquor license must be obtained. The liquor license must be approved by the Town of Canmore and a copy of the liquor license will be required to be submitted by email in advance of the rental date.
All Town of Canmore facility bookings are subject to cancellation terms and conditions. A minimum of seven (7) days advance cancelation notice is required for most rental booking permits. (Canmore Recreation Centre Arenas and Town of Canmore Parks/Weddings bookings have specific cancelation terms – please inquire).
