1st Inspection -$143 (up to 2hrs)

This shall take place on a desired date by Canmore Fire-Rescue Safety Codes Officers. Upon completion of the fire inspection, the SCO shall process the inspection report information. Inspection report shall be provided to both business and building owner. All conditions must be remedied in accordance to Alberta Fire Code. The fee for a fire inspection is $138 with a maximum of 2hrs. Should the inspection require additional time, it will be billed at $138 per 2hrs.

2nd Inspection - $143

This shall be conducted once all conditions are completed. If scheduling of a contactor requires more time to complete a necessary condition to be remedied, contact the Canmore Fire-Rescue SCO or Fire Admin.

3rd Inspection -$286

If the subsequent second inspection reveals non-compliance with noted conditions, a third inspection shall be performed with an additional fee of $276.00 invoiced to the responsible party. Any subsequent inspection thereafter will result in a fee of $276.00 per 2hrs.
